  What a terrible experience!! Rude lady who booked the lesson via telephone booked lesson in for 5.30pm. On the way to lesson the lady phoned asking where we was and that lesson was booked for 5pm. She told me to carry on making our way over for the lesson. My son ended up having 4 minutes on a horse and charged me £27.00 for her mistake!!
  And this was her mistake as when booking the lesson she was on loud speaker and two other people heard her book lesson for 5.30pm.
  I only paid the money because my son was with me and did not want to make a scene with him present.
  Rude lady and very poor customer service and I will be looking to get a full refund...
