  The garage had been amazing for us after our car was misdiagnosed by Volkswagen dealer, my mother has a specially adapted car for her disabilities and we were desperate to get her moving. I met up with the owner of Mastertech as we were worried about some negative reviews, I would suggest all who are worried actually go visit them and see how packed out they are every day and how knowledgeable they are, I asked them about the reviews and it is pretty clear that one disgruntled customer with a group of friends can discredit a business across a few reviews persistently. You only need to talk to the owner and make up your own mind, but when a main dealer failed and Mastertech fixed it I can only thank them, id suggest you visit them and see the good work they carry out, talk to their customers but dont be put off by some reviews when most will complain but others wont take the time to balance the scales

  Please for the love of god, do not, under any circumstances, no matter how desperate you are - use this garage. I do not wish to go into detail as its horrifying, just trust me and many others with horror stories. Please take note you have been warned.
