  Got there an hour early and made to feel like a nuisance by the receptionist who had a very bad attitude. The one upstairs was just as bad, why can they just make eye contact, smile and be polite.
  The building is in need of some maintenance also, new carpet tiles, seats ect.
  However my appointment was exactly on time and the consultant Mr Williams was fantastic. He was very friendly, followed hygiene procedures, explained everything very well with diagrams ect and made me feel very at ease. And the extra plus is that the treatment seems to have worked.
