  I have been a member of various gyms over the last few years and can honestly say that The Park Club in Ashford is my favourite. The gym caters for all ages and abilities with a variety of classes suitable for all. There is a range of equipment to cover all aspects of fitness with a sauna suite to relax in after a good workout.The staff are brilliant in both their knowledge and ability to get the best out of people. Such a friendly and inspiring place.
