  Poor I would expect more from an estate agent - I have sent multiple emails and phoned several times about viewing a property that is on the market with them. The Property on Western Gardens in Willesborough and has been marketed by the company since early Feb. They have failed to follow up on a lead. As a vendor I would be extremely disappointed with this company and wouldn't feel they are doing everything to sell my property. I have now given up trying to arrange a viewing with this property as they obviously don't want to sell it. - As of 10:13 this morning it was still on the market.
  Very poor!
