  3rd visit today. First visit was ok. Great haircut and beard trim, though took far too long. 2nd visit, had to have a diferent stylist because the one I saw first time was doing someone else and I couldn't wait any longer, paid more because I had to have haircut by one and beard done by someone else, less happy. Went back today determined to see the guy who did it first time. Was second in the queue getting there at 9am and told it wouldn't be long. Had to leave at 10:30 while he was still half way through the first guy. Stops periodically to chat and even wanders off. I'm really disappointed. Such a shame. I've wasted a whole morning which would be ok, but got nothing out of it.
  
  If you have all the time in the world then this is a great place to get your hair done. But 1 out of 3 attempts isn't good enough for me, I'll find somewhere else in future. Shame, it's a nice place and the best haircut I've had in years.
