  After nearly 4 years of shoulder pain with physiotherapy and cortasone injections not fully resolving the issue, and gradually worsening knee pain from squatting limiting my training, and starting to effect day to day life. I was recommended to see James. After the first consultation I was filled with confidence that James would be able to resolve the issue and get me back to training pain free. Discovering an imbalance of muscles in both my leg and shoulder James used various techniques (acupuncture, deep tissue massage and manipulation) to loosen and activate the muscles. Also giving exercises and stretches to do in-between sessions. After 3 or 4 sessions i was already in a better place than i was in the whole 4 years of previous treatment. Now after 8 sessions with James i am able to train without worry of aggravating the injuries and able to do exercises and movements that I have not been able to do four years. Now seeing James on a monthly basis to insure i stay pain free and prevent the injury reoccurring. I would highly recommend James for both injury rehabilitation but also prevention. And he’s a great bloke.
